Thinking of You
and yes this took every bit of 10 minutes to do but the only reason it didn't take longer is because I had some pre-cut cricut pieces from learning how to use the machine. That's why the sentiment is so large but I made it work. I used a daubber to add a little color to my cut flowers and then added a little bling. The two large flowers are raised with a pop dot.

So thankful for you
I found this cute turkey on Pinterest and coloured him with pencils and mineral oil. I thought he looked very humble and thankful. I used a parchment paper on light brown and decided to embossed the golden orange paper with the Darice Basket weeve design and secured it with a couple gold brads. Then I embossed my sentiment using the Marvy embossing heat tool.

Sharing the Word
I needed to make a card for my Pastor Wife and found this lovely Bible stamp made by INK A DINK A DO. I thought it would make a pretty card. I used some designer paper by K&Company. The punch border was done with Fiskars and I complimented it with a nice grogran green ribbon. I used pop dots to secure it and a few green rhinestone embellishments. For the color on my stamp I used AMERICAN CRAFTS STAMP Markers. I thought they did a nice even color.

Triple Time Stamping
Card measurements....
2" x 3 1/4" .... mat 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"
3" x 4 1/4" .... mat 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"
4" x 5 1/4" .... base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" fold base in half
An easy card to do if your good with measurements. It requires two co-ordinating ink colors plus black for your sentiment, two floral stamps, a sentiment stamp, card stock paper in white and brown, cording, pop dots for the middle piece and an embellishment.
You'll need to stack the white card stock with a little adhesive in the center of each piece while your stamping them so that your pieces don't shift. First stamp the sentiment, then the lighter background color and finally the darker flower. Separate the pieces and secure the mats with adhesive wrapping the middle card with cord and adding an embellishment. The middle card also gets pop dots to raise for interest. Finally secure the layers to the folded base and your completed. Hope you have fun doing pretty toile. Nana says, "Toile is always my favorite."

Youre Sweet
This card was inspired by mythree beautiful grand-daughters. Ages 8, 6 & 5 yrs. I've given them each their own special name.
Sugar Plum, Apple Dumpling and Honey Bun.
I used this fun Digi cupcake and coloured it to compliment my paper. Then, because I love Glossy Accents, I highlighted the flowers. I accented a light brown linen base with a hounds tooth, polka dot and warm orange faux paper ribbon. Then just for fun I used sequin flowers secured with tiny brads. I raised the digi with pop dots and I had a tag in yellow so I just added my warm orange paper and stamped in black the sentiment

The Fat Chef
I used this digi print and colored with pencils and used Mineral Spirits to blend the color. I also highlighted the edges of the card stock to soften the edges and chose my paper in similar colors to compliment the picture. Then I stamped the flower branch in black and Embossed with Clear Gloss. As a finishing touch I used Glossy Accents on the flowers.

Nana's Storage, Organization and Tips
Organizing left over Paper Card Stock
You can always use little scraps of left over paper. I use the large gallon plastic storage bags to keep them organized. I buy the bags with the white label and mark the color with a sharpie marker. I like this method because you can easily see what's inside the bag. I usually tidy up the scraps by cutting off the jagged edges. This way the pieces slide in and out easily.
Organizing Colored Pencils
For my colored pencils. I found that an empty drink mix container works perfectly. I just removed the label. It matched my tape dispenser that I've had for years. :)
Organizing small tools
A picnic cutlery /napkin holder is perfect. Just use the spaces for pens, glue sticks, tweaser, etc.Items in easy reach
I rescued this small bar with hooks from the trash my husband was tossing out.
Nana says, " Be frugal then you can buy more scrap booking supplies!" :)
